What happens if plans change before or after a review begins.

If you paid by mistake or need to cancel before I begin working on the review, contact Symeon@symeonshawn.com as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is handled according to the circumstances, the payment provider and applicable consumer law.
After work has started
Because the Song Signal Review is a personalised service prepared from your submitted material, cancellation or refund rights may be affected once performance has begun or the review has been delivered. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Technical or duplicate payment
If you are charged twice, the payment cannot be matched to your submission, or there is another checkout problem, email me with the name/email used and the payment reference so I can investigate.
Creative Partner projects
Deposits, cancellations, revisions and refunds for larger custom creative work are governed by the signed project agreement or accepted scope for that project.
