1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to Song Signal Reviews purchased through it. A separately signed creative-services agreement or project scope takes priority for a larger client project.

2. Song Signal Review

A review covers the song and context submitted in the form. It is a focused creative review, not a full production engagement, mix revision service, marketing service or guarantee that a Creative Partner project will be offered.

3. Payment

The review fee shown at secure checkout is due before the review enters the listening queue. Payments are handled by the hosted payment provider. Use the same email at checkout as in the submission so the payment can be matched correctly.

4. Artist responsibility

You must have the right to share the submitted audio and links for private review. Private material is used only for the purpose of responding to your submission unless you separately agree otherwise.

5. Timing and creative judgment

Any stated turnaround is an estimate unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Creative feedback is professional opinion and does not guarantee commercial results, streams, placements, audience growth or future project acceptance.

6. Intellectual property

Your song remains yours. Website content, branding and Symeon Shawn materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
